After a brief stint at lower courts, Mr. Gupta moved his focus and starting practicing at various National Tribunals at Delhi, Delhi High Court, and Supreme Court of India. The Chamber of M/s SK Gupta & Associates is a unique law firm in India, having core expertise on Employees Provident Fund, Labour Relations, Service Matters, Foreign Exchange, and Cyber Laws. Mr. Gupta’s team consists of various lawyers monitoring and channelizing litigations across India, having head office in Delhi and branch office at Mumbai, Bangalore and Ahmadabad.
